Sitting high atop Temecula's breathtaking wine country, Meritage at Callaway offers guests incredible panoramic views of the rolling hills and vineyards. At one of the most relaxing, tranquil and truly unique Temecula winery restaurants guests can enjoy a delightful array of fresh, farm-to-table meals, made from scratch. The menu, which is paired with Callaway's award-winning wines, changes seasonally. Executive Chef, Josh Diamond believes in serving his guests the freshest, most flavorful dishes. Chef's cooking philosophy stems from his passion for quality food, farming and creating in the kitchen. This is apparent not only in his food, but also in the fact that he maintains an onsite greenhouse and garden for Meritage. Many of the ingredients used by the restaurant come from the greenhouse and garden when available, otherwise Chef sources and supports seasonal, sustainable food from local farmers. Entertainment at Meritage


Along with offering an incredible farm-to-table concept, Meritage at Callaway also features live music and entertainment from local artists. Guests are encouraged to keep an eye on upcoming specials and events in our restaurant. Meritage is open daily and encourages reservations for parties of eight or more.
