Have you ever wanted to know what it takes to be a winemaker? Well, here's your chance to find out! This is a unique opportunity to tour the winery, learn about winemaking, ask questions and taste unfinished and finished wines from Callaway Winemaker, Craig Larson. Limited to only 16 guests, this tour will be casual, informative and fun!

Craig explains some of the techniques he uses and decisions he makes in order to create the exceptional wines we offer here at Callaway. Guests will be escorted to the crush pad, fermentation cellars and barrel room to learn all about the winemaking process.
Here's the really fun part, in order to truly understand how difficult Craig's job is, you will have to taste some wine along the way! Wine will be drawn from the fermentation tanks, thieved from the barrels and poured from the bottle, because the wine has to be tasted & tested throughout the winemaking process. We know, it's tough, but somebody's got to do it! This tour and tasting is expected to last 90 minutes. We encourage guests to a bring camera and wear comfortable clothing. You may also want to bring a light jacket as the cellars are a little chilly.
