2016 Special Selection Chardonnay

This light, crisp Chardonnay opens with aromas of leafy pineapple and citrus fruits. The palate is lush with fresh tropical fruits, golden delicious apple with a tangy pineapple finish. 
 
Two separate tanks were used for fermentation to accommodate two different yeast strains. The purpose is to achieve more complexity and more fruit characters. This will produce fruity aromatics, mid-palate fullness, and dimension to the wine. 
 
Composition: 100% Chardonnay
Alcohol: 13.7%
Aging: 100% Stainless Steel
