2019 Special Selection Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon

A beautiful summertime bouquet of sweet cherry, strawberry and deep raspberry fill the nose and palate of this refreshing rosé. Notes of blueberry, white pepper and crisp watermelon abound and highlight the lingering, flavorful finish.
 
Interesting Facts: Harvested September 28th. Slow, 9 day cold fermentation in stainless steel tank with temperatures from 57-60 degrees farenheit. The colder fermentation retains the delicate fruit and spice characteristics that are associated with this southern varietal. 
 
Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Aging: 100% Stainless Steel
Alcohol: 13.7%
